At County Fire Service we use only quality and 3rd party approved products, which have been tried and tested over the years, this reduces the warranty related costs to the company, which is one of the many ways we keep our overheads low, ensuring our prices remain low, but we never compromise on quality.
Our staff are highly experienced in their field and fully trained to all the relevant BFPSA (British Fire Protection Systems Association) & FIA (Fire Industry Association) standards, having passed examinations and are certificated.
The company is also registered with BAFE (British Approvals for Fire Equipment), for the Design, Installation, Commissioning/handover, Maintenance, and Verification of Fire Detection and Fire Alarm Systems to SP203-1 and BS5839-1.
We hold the BSI (British Standards Institute) Kitemark Licence for Fire Detection and Alarm installations, and as such regular audits are carried out by the BSI, so you can rest assured of quality workmanship as well as a quality service.
We constantly monitor our performance, and can boast the following statistics;
- Since our inception in 2009, we have retained 100% of our customers
- Since inception we have had Zero customer complaints
- Our average call out response time is 1 hour & 37 minutes (from call to site attendance)
- Our first time fix rate is 87% (faults fixed on our first visit)
